What business continuity measures have you got in place?

We have put systems and procedures in place to ensure the minimum disruption to our business in the event of a disaster.

Our initial focus is prevention. With this in mind, we carry-out 6-monthly fire risk assessments at our offices, and daily fire inspections.

We take cyber security very seriously and have achieved Cyber Essentials accreditation yearly since 2022.

All staff take part in cyber awareness training, we have designed our in-house IT infrastructure with isolated networks (servers on separate networks to other devices) and employ multi-factor authentication on all devices.

If the worst was to happen and we lost our IT systems and our offices, our IT systems are backed up off-site, our servers are replicated and our data is stored on the Cloud.

We have a stand-by office ready to move into and core staff are trained / prepared for action in the event of a disaster.
