Reaching 30 years in the construction and electrical industry is no small achievement. In a sector where businesses come and go, three decades of steady growth, strong relationships, and consistent delivery says everything about the resilience and character of UK Electrical Installations.
This milestone belongs to every person who has contributed to our journey, the colleagues who’ve built the business, the clients who’ve trusted us, and the partners who’ve stood alongside us over the years.
On Friday 28th November, we came together at Hogarths Stone Manor to celebrate that journey. It was an evening filled with warmth, laughter, and the unmistakable feeling of a team proud of what they’ve achieved together.
A Journey Built on People, Commitment, and Quality
From our earliest days as a small team with a big ambition, UKE has grown into a business delivering major commercial and retail projects across the UK. While the scale of our work has changed over the years, one thing hasn’t: our belief that great people are the foundation of everything we do.
Founder Steve Fellows reflected on the milestone:
“When we started, we couldn’t have imagined the journey ahead. What makes me proudest is the people, their loyalty, honesty, trustworthiness and skill, and the way they represent UKE every single day.”
That spirit of loyalty, honesty, trust, skill and teamwork has carried UKE through 30 years of evolution and continues to shape our culture today
An Evening That Captured Who We Are
The event itself was a celebration of exactly what makes UKE special. The venue was full of colour and energy, brought to life with UKE’s signature colouring, but the true highlight was the people.
The atmosphere reflected the kind of team culture that can only come from years of shared commitment and experience.
As Debbie Fellows put it:
“Seeing everyone together, relaxed, happy, and celebrating what we’ve built, means more than words can say. UKE has always been about people, and nights like this remind us why.”
Looking Forward With Confidence
While the celebration was a moment to reflect on the past, it also marked the start of an exciting new chapter.
“We’re proud of the past, but we’re even more excited about where we’re headed,”
says Steve.
With continued investment in training, a commitment to a directly employed workforce, and an ambition to keep raising standards, the next chapter of UK Electrical’s story looks as bright as the last three decades.
