Vacancy – Project Administrator (Position Now Filled)

We are seeking a Project Administrator to work with the Program Manager and individual Contracts Managers to provide admin support on multiple high-value projects.

Role includes:

    • Creating RAMS
    • Creating technical submittals and managing tech sub trackers
    • Issuing and managing change orders / variations procedure
    • Reading and marking up drawings
    • Document management – revision control, creating registers, downloading and uploading on portals
    • Document issuing
    • Managing sub-contractor RAMS
    • Ensuring subcontractor’s qualifications are current and inductions are completed
    • Communication with customers, suppliers, project managers and site staff
    • Composing letters & spreadsheets
    • Organising accommodation, site deliveries and plant hire
    • Supplier purchasing
    • Subcontractor purchasing – issuing terms and conditions, agreeing payment terms, retentions
    • Producing operation and maintenance manuals
    • Support for the health and safety of projects

    Skills required:

      • You need to be an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
      • You need to have fantastic time management skills, be able to prioritise and meet deadlines
      • You enjoy working under pressure and multi-tasking
      • Strong IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe
      • Experience in a construction office/site is preferable
      Location: Bromsgrove (with occasional site visits)
      Employment Basis: Full Time
      Employment Term: Permanent
      Salary: Dependent on experience
