How do you manage the health and safety of your employees?

The safety and welfare of our staff is our number one priority.

We invest in health and safety training for all employed and sub-contract staff.

Everyone from executive level to apprentices take part in an on-going training regime.

The focus of the training is not just to provide knowledge and skills, but to reinforce a culture of behavioural safety, whereby every individual consciously puts safe behaviour first.

We hold a Safety Schemes in Procurement accreditation (SSIP) from Constructionline Acclaim.

The system will improve the way we communicate, report and provide just-in-time training and support for employees.

We have an exemplary health and safety record, with zero reportable RIDDOR incidents in the last 5 years.

We encourage staff to look out for themselves and each other and to act when we something doesn’t look or feel safe.
